躺下時會覺得頭暈，有很多原因，例如良性陣發性位置性眩暈或耳水不平衡，可參考以下網址:

點解近月訓上床個頭就覺得頭暈? 近呢個月，每次上床訓覺，訓落床都有頭暈，好辛苦，不過起身坐床邊就無事..唉..有冇人可以答到我呀?
